All About Blogging: Changing The FavIcon In Blogger

If you clicked this post, you probably want to change this default Favicon in your left to a better customized one. That's a great Idea and that can help make your blog look more professional.
Here is how to Change it.

Open your blogger account and choose the blog which you want to change its Favicon, then on the left side, Click on the Layout. There you will the parts of your blog layout and you'll also see one with the icon on the left and named Favicon. Click edit and upload your customized image.

Login and choose the blog you want to change the Favicon and on the left side, click template, Then it will show you 2 buttons, first is Customize and and Second is Edit HTML. Click on the Edit HTML and Click Proceed. Then on your keyboard press at the same time "Ctrl' and "F" paste this on the textbox that will appear in your browser:

 <title><data:blog.pageTitle/></title> 

 and immediately after that, add the following cod:
<link rel="shortcut icon" href="URL of your icon file"/>

Remember to replace URL of your icon file file with your icon file's url 

• If that doesn't work, look for </head> tag and immediately above it paste this.
